For what purpose we will treat your personal data?

Your personal data will be used for the purpose of maintaining relationships of any kind with our customers as a result of the contractual relationship that we maintain, especially the one related to economic, administrative and fiscal management, and the personalized attention necessary to comply with said contractual relationship.

For how long will we keep your personal information?

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the established relationship and once it is finalized, it will be kept based on the legal terms of conservation in economic and fiscal matters, which based on the type of document can range from a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 10 years.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?

The identification and contact data necessary for the development of the contractual activity established with customers, whose purpose is to establish relationships of any kind with them in order to give content to that relationship and especially the obligations of billing, collections and payments, accounting and taxation are based on the legitimate interest of the person responsible in accordance with art. 6.1 f) of the RGPD and to art.19 of the LOPD project.

We inform you that in case of non-payment of the services provided, E-autónomos Portal Web, S.L. reserves the right to assign your data to a collection management company hired by the latter for the purpose of performing as many actions and procedures of a judicial or extrajudicial nature as were necessary to collect the receipts and amounts unpaid by the client.

What rights do you have when you provide us with your personal information?

Right of Access: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and to receive that information written through the requested means.

Right of Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if these were inaccurate or incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, however, you must take into account that the right to delete is limited when there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims, the protection of third parties or for reasons of important public interest.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. The responsible person will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims, as long as it is technically possible.

When the processing of your data is based on consent or is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contract and is carried out by automated means, you will be entitled to the portability of your data, that is, to be delivered in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading, even to send them to a new responsible.

Any interested party may submit a claim to the Control Authority competent in the field of Data Protection, especially when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights and the way to contact it would be to send a letter to the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data in C/Jorge Juan n. º 6, 28001 Madrid or through its electronic headquarters in www.agpd.es
