In this tutorial, we explain how to make an appointment in the Tax Agency (Hacienda) in Spain. We explain it for the purpose to obtain the digital certificate, but you could use this tutorial till point 5 to select whatever procedure you need.
1. You have to access the Tax Agency website.
2. On the right, a little further down, choose the option Appointments.
3. On this screen choose “Request for appointments for individuals”:
4. Here you have to fill in your NIF or NIE for number 1, your name and then surname. Press the “Siguiente” button in blue below.
5. Then press “Certificado electrónico FNMT” and again the button “Siguiente” on the right below:
6. Choose your province and then click on “Aceptar”:
7. You have to select the appointment by choosing the day and hour you want. :
8. Then press the “Confirmar Cita” button below.
9. Now you have made the appointment. You’ll receive an SMS or an email with your appointment.
