USE CONDITIONS FOR FREE PLAN USERS DURING THE 10-DAY TEST PERIOD.
FIRST.- OBJECT OF THE SERVICE DURING THE TEST PERIOD
The owner of the web www.selfemployedspain.com will offer to all users registered in the Free Plan access to all sections of the fiscal and accounting management platform during a period of 10 days, with the intention that they can test the functionality of the platform and decide on the hiring of any of the payment plans available.
Minimum computer capacity required
The entry and reception of data can be done at any time, any day and from any computer with an Internet connection capable of using the following programs:
– Standard Browser (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) with Flash plug-in.
– Adobe Acrobat Reader
The computer must also have access to e-mail and a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
The “CLIENT” will be entitled to receive a personal and non-transferable password that will allow free access via the Internet to the Platform www.selfemployedspain.com during the trial period.
The “CLIENT” undertakes not to assign to third parties, in any case, and under his responsibility, his personal password.
During the trial period, the user will not have to pay any amount for the use of the platform.
THIRD.- DURATION OF THE TEST PERIOD
The duration of the trial period is limited to 10 days, counted from the day of registration on the platform. In the case of contracting any of our payment plans, these 10 days will not be compensated. In the Home tab of the user’s platform, the user can see the number of days left to finish the trial period. Once the trial period has passed, access to the user will be deactivated.
- Data Protection
For what purpose will we process your personal data? Your personal data will be used for the purpose of offering access to our platform during the 10-day trial period.
How long will we keep your personal information? Your personal information (ID, name and surname, email) will be kept for six years, after this period will be deleted from our systems. On the other hand, all the data entered by the user on the platform (customer data, suppliers, products, services, etc.) during those 10 days of testing will be deleted from our database after the trial period.
Is there an obligation to provide this personal information? Yes (essential requirement to register on the platform).
What are the consequences of not doing it? Impossibility of accessing the platform.
Will we give up your personal information? No, we do not.
What rights do you have when you provide us with your personal information?
Right of Access: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and to receive that information in writing through the medium requested.
Right of Rectification: You have the right to request the rectification of your data if these were inaccurate or incomplete.
You have the right to request the deletion of your data, however, you should take into account that the right of suppression is limited when there is a legal obligation to retain or block your data.
